Mikel Arteta spoke to the media ahead of Arsenal’s trip to Anfield on Monday night and was asked to try and identify any weaknesses he could see in Jurgen Klopp’s side.

Liverpool have certainly been the best team in England for the last few season and, leaving Bayern Munich to the side, probably the best team in Europe during that time as well.

Still, Mikel Arteta has taken advantage of a unique set of circumstances to record two wins out of two over the Champions in his short time as a manager.#So can he do it again on Monday?

Probably not, but if we want anyone to be in charge of pinpointing any Liverpool weaknesses Arsenal can exploit, then Arteta is you man.

So, can he see any? Is he going to share that information?

“I think they are getting better and better and they have less weaknesses,” he said.

“They are a fantastic side. The issue with the weaknesses of opponents is how many you are able to exploit and how many opportunities you get to do that.

“With all the incredible things that they have, you know that they are going to try and still be able to do them.

“So I want to focus on what we can do and what we have to do and control our own aspects.”
