Leeds United are reportedly considering a move for Rob Holding if they can’t complete a move for Ben White as they look to strengthen ahead of their return to the Premier League.

Rob Holding is one of a number of players up for sale at Arsenal this summer.
In fact, the list of who isn’t for sale is significantly smaller than the list of players the club is willing to sell as they look to both cut costs and find Mikel Arteta some money to buy players he actually wants.
That isn’t stopping them from also trying to sell players already at the club that Arteta still wants, but that’s another story and doesn’t involve Rob Holding, just Ainsley Maitland-Niles, Mesut Ozil and Shkodran Mustafi, so far.
Anyway, Leeds reportedly want White back after his successful loan from Brighton but Graham Potter wants to keep the defender at the club.
Hence Rob Holding’s name cropping up.

I’m not entirely sure Leeds are giving him that much consideration, if I’m honest. The reports in Sunday’s papers are hardly stuffed full of information. Holding is almost mentioned in passing.
This is the sum total of what they say about Leeds’ interest in Holding – “They have also considered Arsenal’s Rob Holding.”
Holding is a firm fan favourite at the club after arriving for £2.75m from Bolton in 2016. That, however, is probably more to do with the fact he arrived for £2.75m and Arsene Wenger mocked reporters about it.
His current market value is £8.55m. To compare, while most Arsenal fans probably prefer Holding to Mustafi, Mustafi’s market value is £13.5m.
