Arsenal are the front runners to sign Chelsea winger Willian again after he rejected the FA Cup runners-up on their latest contract offer.

Goal report that Willian recently turned down another offer from Chelsea to stay with the club, leaving Arsenal as the front runners for his signature.
The player is delaying a final decision, and he still wants to play in the Champions League campaign with Chelsea. After the injuries to Christian Pulisic and Pedro in the FA Cup final, Willian will probably get that chance.
After that, the 31-year-old has five offers on the table to complete a free transfer with teh best said to be from Arsenal.

Fabrizio Romano reports the same story, that Willian turned down an offer from Chelsea to extend his deal to 2022. He claims Arsenal are in talks with the player’s representatives to complete the signing.
Re: France Football x Sports Invest UK/Kia Joorabchian | The reporters behind this piece on Willian have well-established links with the player's agent, having been the first to announce the surprise PSG contract extension of Layvin Kurzawa last month, another Kia client.

Willian reportedly wants to remain in London, but he also definitely wants a three-year deal. He admitted as much publicly just a couple of weeks ago.
That’s why he won’t accept any of Chelsea’s offers to 2022.
Willian is in great form and has a fantastic injury record to this point, so the risk isn’t as great as with some other players in their thirties.
But it’s still a financial gamble, even on a free…
