Arsenal’s game against Everton may not have been as straightforward as many would have liked but you could feel the joy at claiming all three point, all captured in one fantastic shot by Julian Finney.

Arsenal’s 3-2 win on Sunday meant that all teams playing at home on the final day of the weekend scored three goals. Arsenal were the only side to concede any, though, although we all know neither of Everton’s goals should have stood.

Going into the break at 2-2, I don’t know what Mikel Arteta said to them, but with fewer than 30 seconds on the clock after the restart, Arsenal had the lead again and they never let it go.

The above shot, taken after Aubameyang had scored his second of the game to restore Arsenal’s lead says so much about the spirit at Arsenal under Arteta since Unai Emery was sacked.

And how much that win means to everyone at the club.
