For the second week in a row, stormy weather has caused the cancellation of an Arsenal women’s match, this time their fifth round replay against Lewes Women that was due to take place on Sunday at Meadow Park.

Last week, Arsenal’s game against Spurs was postponed due to Storm Ciara and this week it’s Storm Dennis that’s causing havoc.

The game has already been rearranged and will take place at the same ground on Sunday 23 February with a 1pm kick-off meaning Arsenal’s league game against Reading, that was due to take place that day, will also have to be rearranged. No new date has been set for that yet.

The draw for the next round of the cup is expected to take place on Monday evening.

Tickets for today’s match will still be valid for next week’s rearranged fixture.
