All five players missed Arsenal’s clash with Chelsea at the weekend, for various reasons. They all rejoined full training ahead of the Manchester United match though.

Granit Xhaka was ill last week, but his return to training suggests he’s healthy and ready to play. Rob Holding and Dani Ceballos are returning from a few weeks out, though both were also in training before the Chelsea match.

Gabriel Martinelli missed last week’s games with a tight hamstring, but it appears he’s ready to return to the action now.

Sokratis Papastathopoulos missed the weekend’s game due to concussion protocol, so it’s no surprise to see him back in training already.

Usually, you’d expect a player to have a week off though, meaning Sokratis may not be ready to return. He only suffered the head injury last Thursday.
