After Arsenal’s latest defeat, interim head coach Freddie Ljungberg has publicly called on the club to make a decision about the manager’s job.

It was reported over the weekend that, while he is just interim head coach, the club are not allowing Freddie to bring in his on coaches meaning the whole thing is falling on just him and Per Mertesacker.

That’s the Per Mertesacker who is supposed to be running the academy at the same time.

Speaking after the match, Freddie revealed exactly what he’s told the board about the situation:

The board now either need to make a permanent appointment and let the new guy bring in his coaches or give Freddie the range to do that.
