Unai Emery believes that he has improved Arsenal and they are playing better but he’s simply not right.

Using the example of losing 3-0 at Wolves last season to demonstrate that losing 1-0 to Sheffield United is not a good look.

Nor is spending £200m and then saying we’re struggling because we’re putting faith in youngsters.

But trying to convince Arsenal fans that we are now better off than when he arrived is simply ridiculous.

First, what he said, “When I arrived here, this team needed to improve, to be more competitive. The creativity was more or less good but being competitive was worse. Not enough. We are being competitive now.”

Really, Unai, really?

“Creativity, maybe we lost something a little [because you don’t know what to do with creative players] but I know we are going to recover that.

“There are a lot of supporters with different opinions. Some want more creativity, some want more intensity, more energy. I want both!”

Thing is, I don’t believe you Unai, because in 18 months you’ve shown that sort of football about three times. We don’t even *try* to play that way and fail, we just don’t do it.

Against the likes of Bournemouth and Sheffield United, teams we should be taking the game to and showing creativity, intensity and energy, we have looked lost and clueless.

That is on you, Unai.

Whatever you are telling the players they either can’t do or don’t understand.

And this crap? Trying to say we’re better when we are so clearly not?

GTFOH treating us like we’re idiots.
