Arsenal are monitoring Feyenoord midfielder Orkun Kokcu, who has already made 25 senior appearances despite being 18 years old.

The Daily Mail report that Arsenal are keeping tabs on Kokcu, who is valued at around £20m and wanted by a number of clubs around Europe. Feyenoord know they’ll struggle to hold onto the player if they get an offer in that region.

Arsenal have been linked to the player since last December, when scouts were reportedly in attendance to see Kokcu score and assist on his Eredivisie debut against FC Emmen.

At the time, Borussia Dortmund, PSV Eindhoven, Chelsea, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and PSG were all reported to have watched the player in the past, though it’s not clear how much this list has changed since then.

Kokcu played for the Netherlands youth teams up to u19 level, but he recently joined the Turkey u21s for a match against England, assisting a goal in a 3-2 defeat. Funnily enough, Eddie Nketiah and Reiss Nelson were the scorers for England that day.

The 18-year-old has six goals and four assists from midfield in 25 appearances for Feyenoord’s senior side, and he looks a talented prospect.
