Henrikh Mkhitaryan picked up a groin injury this weekend although he managed to grab a match-winning assist first.
Since leaving Arsenal, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has a goal and an assist in four games for Roma as well as two goals and two assists for his country in one game against Bosnia.
His revival, however, could well be on hold as he recovers from a groin injury picked up on Sunday against Leece where the Arsenal man provided an assist for the only goal of the game.
He was replaced after 87 minutes by Bryan Cristante and although it’s not yet clear how long the Armenian could be sidelined for, he is a major doubt for Roma’s Europa League game at Wolfsburg on Thursday.
Mkhitaryan will have a year left on his Arsenal deal when his loan deal expires however he is unsure what will happen at the end of his loan spell as he explains here.
