Former Arsenal goalkeeper, Saari van Veenendaal, has been nominated by FIFA for their BEST awards.

The 29-year-old went into the World Cup without a club after being released by Arsenal and proceeded to star in France, won the Golden Glove and earned herself a move to Atletico Madrid.

Now, she has been nominated as one of the three best female keepers in the world’s game.
