According to Ornstein, who is viewed as only one-step removed from an official Arsenal announcement, Tierney will sign a five-year deal with Arsenal for a fee of £25m.

David Luiz will, astonishingly, cost the club less than what they should receive from Derby for Krystian Bielik.

Luiz’s deal at Arsenal will take him to 2021, the same length as the contract he signed with Chelsea back in May.
