Kim Little returned to Arsenal for her second spell at the club in January 2017 after leaving in 2013 for Seattle Reign.

Little’s season was disrupted last time out when she had her leg broken by Chelsea’s Drew Spence forcing her to miss months of playing time. That injury came after she sustained a cruciate ligament injury in 2017.

Both the player and club will be hoping for an injury-free 19/20 campaign. In total, she’s played 23 times for Arsenal since her return, netting an impressive 11 times.

“Kim is a true professional on and off the pitch, she has Arsenal in her blood and we are so pleased that she has committed her future to Arsenal.” said Joe Montemurro.

“Kim is a special player, not only due to her talent, but also her leadership, passion and commitment to our club is very important to us.”

Kim added: “It’s great to be a part of this great and to commit my future here. I’m excited for the foreseeable future being here at Arsenal.”

With 54 goals for Scotland in 136 games, Arsenal will be hoping to see the best of Little over the next few seasons as they look to retain their title and progress in the Champions League once again.

In her first spell with Arsenal, she scored 81 goals in 94 appearances.
