French publication trolls Donald Trump with Megan Rapinoe front page

You have to love the French when it comes to annoying people and this time they’ve turned their attention to Donald Trump after his Twitter war with Megan Rapinoe.

The USA forward won the World Cup (again), scored in the final, won the World Cup Golden Boot for top scorer and the World Cup Golden Ball award for best player, all while being trolled by the most powerful man-child in the world who didn’t congratulate the team for two hours after the final whistle.

Playing on Trump’s ‘Make America Great Again’ catchphrase, leading sports publication L’Equipe went with an English language front cover that has been designed specifically to say ‘up yours’ to Donald Trump.
