Trae Coyle has signed a new deal with Arsenal after impressing with both the u18s and u23s.

Trae Coyle signed his first professional contract with Arsenal back in January 2018. Arsenal haven’t provided any quotes alongside this new deal, but when he signed his first contract with the club, he said: “I want to be the best I can, win as many trophies as I can and just be remembered.”

Coyle is regarded as one of the most exciting prospects at the club. Known for his excellent technique and skill, he plays as an attacking midfielder or on either flank.

He signed for Arsenal when he was nine, after previously playing for Charlton, joining the Gunners because he and his family were fans of the club. Coyle appeared in the UEFA Youth League when he was still a schoolboy, and is now a regular at u18 level.

The England youth international scored eight goals in 14 appearances for the u18s last season as they secured the u18 Premier LeagueSouth title. He also appeared eight times in Premier League 2.

It’s unlikely we will see him make many in-roads with the first team in the new season and a loan deal is likely in his immediate future.
