Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang in what is an hilarious transfer story that popped up this week.

It’s no surprise that this story seems to have started with Talksport who claim United will make a £70m offer for Arsenal’s top scorer in anticipation of Romelu Lukaku’s departure.

Auba is happy in London, we learned that much when he was linked with a move to China. In addition, it would be nothing short of suicide for the Arsenal board/management to sanction his sale to United with the two sides neck-and-neck in the race for a top four place.

Arsenal are expected to begin negotiations with Auba over a new deal as he enters the final two years of his current contract.
