Ivan Perisic will reject a move to China this summer, and it’s believed he is still keen on a move to Arsenal after his January transfer fell through.

Italian outlet Libero (via PassioneInter) report that the coming days will be important for Perisic’s future. Arsenal are still reportedly in the mix for his signature, and it is believed Perisic would welcome a move to the Emirates Stadium.

Perisic’s agent is currently in Milan to speak with the Inter hierarchy over their plans for his future, and whether they’re keen to hold onto him this summer.

As well as Arsenal, there is interest from China in the winger. However, that interest clashes with Perisic’s own desires, so it’s unlikely to come to anything.

Perisic, now 30 years old, scored nine goals and assisted eight in 45 appearances last season. Whilst he would clearly add some goals in wide areas, it would be strange to see Arsenal blowing any significant portion of their transfer budget on another player in his thirties.
