Lucas Torreira was in Italy to watch his former side, Sampdoria, lose at home to Roma on Saturday.

Lucas Torreira was pictured with his girlfriend and agent at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Saturday evening but, as you can see from his face, he wasn’t able to bring his former side any luck.

Samp are 9th in Serie A, six points ahead of Fiorentina in 10th and three behind Lazio in eighth.

Torreira was suspended after his red card against Tottenham.

He will serve the final game of his ban when Arsenal play Everton on Sunday, allowing him to return for next week’s game against Watford.
