The Daily Mail report that PSV Eindhoven and Feyenoord are interested in the 21-year-old, along with several clubs in Germany and in the Championship.

Crowley has a year left on his deal with Willem II, and he’s clearly very ambitious, telling the media last November that he believes he can be one of the best playmakers in the world. As a result, it wouldn’t be any surprise to see him trying to make the step up to the next level this summer, whether in the Netherlands or somewhere else.

To be fair to the midfielder, he’s certainly upped the level of his performances this season. He has six goals and 10 assists in 31 games, and he recently helped his side reach the final of the Dutch Cup, where they’ll face Ajax.

Compared as a youngster to Jack Wilshere, Crowley has certainly got the ability to dribble past players like the West Ham man. Arguably, he has a better final ball as well, with his career total of 16 goals and 23 assists at senior level already closing in on Wilshere’s 15 goals and 34 assists in an extra six years of football.

We’ll see if Crowley can get a move this summer that allows him to continue pushing to reach his potential.
