The Arsenal forward came in for some criticism following his last-gasp penalty miss at Tottenham last weekend, but with 16 goals already, it’s hard to be too harsh on the man.

That’s even more the case when you realise that Auba’s goals have won Arsenal 11 points, with no other player winning their side more points than the Gabonese striker.

Mo Salah’s 17 goals have won Liverpool nine points while Aguero doesn’t even make the Telegraph’s list from where this information came. Harry Kanes 16 (before Saturday’s games) didn’t get him on to the list either.
