Of Arsenal’s nine loanees this season, four have got themselves on the scoresheet so far. That’s not a surprising ratio, considering three are goalkeepers and one (Emile Smith Rowe) hasn’t appeared for his new club yet. The only other player not to have provided a goal or assist so far is Kelechi Nwakali, who has struggled for game time a bit.

The four who have directly contributed to their team scoring at least one goal are Takuma Asano, Calum Chambers, Krystian Bielik and Reiss Nelson. You can watch all of their goal contributions in the video below:

Asano will be a bit disappointed his only two highlights in the video come from a cup match against lower-league opposition in August. To a lesser extent, Nelson will also be hoping for more goals and assists between now and the end of the campaign, as he’s on a bit of a drought after his six goals and one assist by November.

Meanwhile, there’s little expectation for Chamber and Bielik to contribute much offensively, so they’ll just be pleased to have a couple of nice goalscoring memories from their year away. Anything more would be a bonus.
