Arsenal will not be signing Keylor Navas in the summer and Bernd Leno is set to continue as the club’s number one.

It was strange to see the Real Madrid keeper linked with Arsenal so heavily as we approached the January transfer window. Leno had not long arrived yet some reporters seemed convinced the club were ready to bin him.

Not so, it seems.

According to AS, Emery is only thinking about Leno as Arsenal’s number one for next season.

With Petr Cech retiring and David Ospina leaving for Napoli on a permanent deal, many had also wondered if the club would be bringing in a new number two.

It doesn’t look like they will be doing that either with Emi Martinez looking set to get a promotion when he returns from his loan at Reading.
