Tottenham Hotspur announced that Harry Kane would be sidelined until March with an ankle ligament problem, but will he be back in time for Arsenal’s away game against Spurs on March 2?
With eight goals in nine games against Arsenal, the news that Harry Kane could well miss our next game against Spurs should be welcome news, but Arsenal fans know only too well how the forward tends to pull himself together in order to play in his annual cup final.
Kane is expected to be sidelined until mid-March and not expected back in training until the start of the month ‘at the earliest’ but we’ve heard this before, haven’t we?
In the 16/17 season, Kane was ruled out with an ankle injury only to return ahead of schedule for the game against Arsenal where he scored from the penalty spot to level the game at 1-1.
Kane tweeted that he will be working as hard as he can to return as quickly as possible:
Injuries are part of the game but no-one will be working harder to get back fit. Thanks for the messages. pic.twitter.com/cUeq4zFrlk

The smart money is on him being fit for the game against Arsenal because, well, what else is his life about?
