Arsenal have reportedly told Juventus they will need to pay €22.3m (£20m) if they want to sign Aaron Ramsey ‘immediately’.

Aaron Ramsey seems set for Turin and the smart money is on it happening in the summer.

Arsenal have said they’re going to keep him, the player is not agitating to move and Juventus are one of the best clubs at picking up players on a free.

The only reason they would stump up a fee for him now is if they were worried about losing him to PSG or Bayern Munich, but if they can find an agreement with him now he can sign a contract, something he might well have already done despite denials across the board.

When Juventus were picking up Emre Can from Liverpool on a free all parties kept denying the move was happening despite it all being signed months before it was announced.

Tuttomercatoweb report that the Ramsey deal is all agreed and that Juventus, unsurprisingly, have no interest in paying Arsenal any money.

The contract he has reportedly signed is for five years and Juve fans seem pretty happy with the move. 90% of respondents in a TMW poll said they were happy with the move.
