17-year-old Bukayo Saka could make his home debut when the Gunners face Qarabag at the Emirates on Thursday night.

Saka was pictured training with the rest of the first team as Unai Emery assesses his options.

The Nigerian winger, who has five goals and seven assists from 15 games at all levels this season, made his debut for Arsenal when he played the last 22 minutes against Vorskla Poltava at the end of November.

That appearance also made him the youngest Nigerian to play for Arsenal, aged as he was at just 17 years, two months and 24 days.

Arsenal have already qualified for the next round and I thought they just needed a point to go through as group winners (unless Sporting fail to win) but it goes straight to head-to-head. This free hit gives Emery the chance to rest a number of first teamers while giving run-outs to some of the younger players and those seeking match fitness.

In all, we expect Emery to make nine changes to his starting lineup for the 8pm kick-off.
