Alexandre Lacazette has won Arsenal’s Goal of the Month award for November, after his crucial strike against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium.
Lacazette was nominated for November along with Henrikh Mkhitaryan for his goal from outside the box against Wolves, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang for a nice team goal against Bournemouth and Joe Willock for his Thierry Henryesque finish against FC Vorskla.
Arsenal announced the results of the fan vote on the 10th December, revealing that Lacazette’s strike to win a point against the current league leaders won him the award. You can watch the goal again on Arsenal Player by clicking here.

Lacazette has been in great form recently, despite limited minutes on the pitch. As well as that goal against Liverpool, he also scored the winner against Tottenham after coming off the bench. Then he tried to repeat the trick against Manchester United, coming off the bench to give Arsenal the lead, though officially it went down as an own goal.
After that, the Frenchman scored against Huddersfield, but once again saw the goal taken away from him, this time by a dodgy offside decision.
Luck might not be on his side, but there’s no doubt the 27-year-old is having a big impact on the Arsenal team in his second season at the club. Hopefully, that continues this week, and this time he gets his goal officially.
