After the north London derby, Arsenal fans were at their creative best on t’internet.

It took no time at all for memes to start popping up on Twitter after Arsenal destroyed Spurs and, with it, the hopes of the media that the powershift they’ve been banging on about for a few years really be a thing.

But few images were as brilliant as the one posted by Luke Plane showing Alexandre Lacazette holding Harry Kane like he was a baby in an Arsenal kit:

Remarkably, the Daily Star saw fit to give Harry Kane a higher rating than Lacazette and the same as Lucas Torreira and Sead Kolasinac.

Quite amazing, really.

Kane completed just 62.5% of his passes and had only 24 touches.

Alexandre Lacazette had one shot, one goal and completed 85.5% of his. He managed 20 touches despite playing a full half less than Kane.
