PSG have reportedly been in contact with Aaron Ramsey for ‘several ‘weeks’ as the midfielder looks to find a new home at the end of his current Arsenal contract.

As we all know, Arsenal withdrew their contract offer to Aaron Ramsey with Unai Emery seemingly changing his mind about one of the players he made one of his five captains.

With his contract expiring in the summer, Arsenal know that their only chance to recoup some money is to sell him in the January transfer window. That might be easier said than done. Clubs know he’s free six months later and Ramsey’s agent knows they can pocket any transfer fee for themselves.

According to Paris United, Ramsey’s reps have been chatting with the oil-rich club and that should come as no surprise. Getting a lot of money has seemingly been the main concern for his agents who have embarrassed themselves repeatedly throughout this whole saga.

Thomas Tuchel is said to have spoken with Arsene Wenger about Ramsey and if that is true then he will have received nothing but glowing reports from the Frenchman about one of his personal favourites.

PSG are also said to be considering a move for Watford’s Abdoulaye Doucoure.
