Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette will be fit to face AFC Bournemouth this weekend, despite picking up knocks before the international break.

Last week Arsenal seemed to be having a bit of an injury crisis, as Aubameyang and Lacazette both pulled out of international call-ups citing fitness concerns. However, both returned to training on Wednesday.

Nonetheless, there were still some doubts about the pair, particularly Aubameyang, who tweeted that he was ‘trying to get fit ASAP’ on Wednesday. Thankfully, those concerns can now be put to bed, as Arsenal didn’t include either in their list of players injured or being assessed ahead of Bournemouth at the weekend.

After those two, the closest to an injury return is Stephan Lichtsteiner, who could yet make the squad on Sunday. Nacho Monreal is still out for the next two weeks, which unfortunately means he’s unlikely to play against Tottenham or Manchester United.

Meanwhile, Laurent Koscielny is being slowly integrated back into full training, and Arsenal are clearly not keen on giving his return a specific timeframe. Instead, they’re making sure he only comes back when he’s ready.

Konstantinos Mavropanos will return to full training in December, and Danny Welbeck is out for the foreseeable future after surgery.
