Brighton & Hove Albion’s goalkeeper Matthew Ryan has been named as the Premier League’s PFA Bristol Street Motors Fan’s Player of the Month despite getting the same number of votes as Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
With the vote tied, the award was given to Ryan as he played more minutes than the Arsenal forward which, if you ask me, is a stupid reason.
If you are just as good over 500 minutes as someone else is over 1,000, who is really deserving of the award?
Yes, yes, I know, I’m just bitter.

Aubameyang played 144 Premier League minutes in October, scoring five goals and creating one assist.
Ryan played 360 minutes keeping three cleansheets in four games and conceding just three goals.

Both Ryan and Aubameyang are also on the EA Sports shortlist for their Player of the Month which will be announced later this week.
Others on that list include Ross Barkley, Fernandinho, Anthony Martial, and Callum Wilson.
