A young Arsenal fan got the chance to interview Henrikh Mkhitaryan after Arsenal’s win against Brentford on Wednesday, and he couldn’t contain himself afterwards.

On Wednesday, Arsenal gave the Junior Gunners their yearly opportunity to take over a number of match-day jobs at the Emirates Stadium. From helping the stewards, to presenting at half-time, taking photos, and even interviewing the players afterwards.

One lucky fan, Sean, got the chance to ask Henrikh Mkhitaryan some questions. For the full interview follow this link, but if you don’t have time then at least check out his reaction after it finishes:

Mkhitaryan clearly enjoyed Sean’s reaction to the interview as well, based on his Twitter response:

It’s great to see the club getting creative with the opportunities they give young supporters to get involved. It’s especially meaningful on a night like Wednesday, when the likes of Emile Smith Rowe are getting their first chance on the pitch.

If you can put a smile on the faces of youngsters attending the match, you’re doing something right. Thankfully the result helped to keep everyone in a good mood too. Hopefully the next round can be just as successful in that regard.
