Nicklas Bendtner has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted a taxi driver resulting in the victim needing surgery to correct a broken jaw.
The driver’s employer, Dantaxi, released a statement that said, “I can confirm that there has been a serious assault on one of our drivers tonight.
“The assault has been reported to the police and we can confirm the assailant is Nicklas Bendtner.”
“The driver is currently on the operating table with a broken jaw.”
Bendtner was arrested by police in the early hours of Sunday morning after the altercation took place.
This is not the first time Bendtner has found himself in trouble as you know. It isn’t even the first time he’s been in trouble for something involving a taxi driver.
Back in 2014 he was involved in an alleged incident with another when he reportedly threatened a taxi driver before unbuttoning his trousers and rubbing himself over the driver’s car.
The Dane, who is now 30 and longed to be the best striker in the world, has 10 goals and four assists in 31 appearances in 2018. He now plays for Rosenborg, his market value sits at around £1m and he has scored a career total of 110 goals (with 44 assists) in 393 matches.
