Ousmane Dembele is not for sale, according to reports in Spain, despite pictures emerging of the player hanging out with the Arsenal squad.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s father got the Arsenal fanbase excited on Thursday night, posting a picture of a number of Gunners stars along with Barcelona’s Dembele.

Supporters should know better by now than to work themselves up over stuff like this. It’s rare to see an Instagram like, follow or photo actually result in a transfer, and we already know that Dembele’s connection to Aubameyang and Mkhitaryan is through Dortmund, and Lacazette and Guendouzi is through France.
Once the hype gets going though, it’s hard to stop. Particularly in this case, where Dembele is clearly not completely happy at Barcelona, and the Catalan media is taking every opportunity to link him to an exit.
Unfortunately, Cadena SER are here to rain on our parade. They claim that Dembele’s representatives were looking for a deal to leave before the World Cup, but at this point he’s happy to stay at Barcelona, and the club consider him ‘absolutely non-transferable’.

With just a week left of the English transfer window, and a reported €400m buy-out clause, a lot would have to change in the next few days for this deal to have any chance of happening.
