Arsene Wenger quitting Arsenal at the end of this season has given Real Madrid’s president, Florentino Perez, a real problem according to a report in Don Balon.

The Spanish site claim that Perez is concerned that, should he want or need to sack Zinedine Zidane from his post as Real Madrid manager, they will struggle to replace him given the number of top clubs seeking to recruit this summer.

PSG will replace Unai Emery, Chelsea will replace Antonio Conte and, of course, Arsenal are replacing Wenger.

Should Max Allegri decide he wants one of those jobs, Juventus will need a new manager too, and on goes the merry-go-round that is going to make this one of the most exciting and transformative summers in recent memory

Zidane, Don Balon continue, is not actually in danger of getting the sack but that could change this week after the first leg of their Champions League semi in Munich. Sitting in third place in La Liga 15 points behind Barcelona, Zidane has little room left for error this season.

They also claim the Perez had earmarked Joachim Low as a potential manger for the club for a number of years.

Low has been linked heavily with the Arsenal job and is said to be at least one board member’s choice to succeed Wenger.
