The PFA have announced the women’s football nominees for Player’s Player of the Year and as expected, there are no Arsenal players nominated.

Jordan Nobbs and Dominique Janssen could, perhaps, feel hard done by not to be nominated.

The senior players are all Chelsea with one City player:

While in the junior ranks, there is more variety with five teams represented:

Millie Bright (Chelsea) and Lauren Hemp (Bristol) are my favourite from those lists as they have been performing really well over the course of the season.

Any Chelsea player would deserve the main trophy, to be fair, while City’s Walsh is well liked by pundits and fans.
