Lucas Vazquez has reportedly held ‘secret meetings’ with his agent over a move away from Real Madrid.

Vazquez has been linked with Arsenal, as well as Liverpool and Roma, this year and now, according to Diario Gol, he’s held a secret meeting with his agent over a move away from Madrid.

The 26-year-old has been at Real Madrid since he was just 15 and has slowly risen through the ranks. However, the Spain international is reportedly still unhappy with his lack of consistent game time.

The winger has only made 10 La Liga starts for Los Blancos this term, scoring three goals and providing seven assists, which is allegedly what drove him to hold a secret meeting with his agent.

Marca are reporting that Vazquez, who’s not played for his country since a friendly match against Belgium in September 2016, is likely to get called up by Julen Lopetegui for the World Cup.

“I hope that Lopetegui calls me,” the winger admits.

“Of course I would like to go to Russia.”

The Spanish outlet say that Real Madrid’s ‘recent revival’ is down to Vazquez’s run in the first team.

Diario Gol claim that both Arsenal and Liverpool want to sign Vazquez to bolster their squads and have already approached him over a move, but the final decision lies with the player.
