Tomas Rosicky is the latest former player to be inducted into The 100 Club.

Rosicky spent a decade at Arsenal and made 248 appearances.

His career at the club didn’t go as planned, as serious injuries stole away his best years.

Yet, even as he got older, he brought class to the team and still managed to make some vital contributions.

His time at Arsenal has now been honoured with an induction into The 100 Club.

He was officially inducted at half-time during our 5-1 win over Everton.

The 100 Club was established by Sir Chips Keswick and Bob Wilson to honour players who had made more than 100 league appearances for Arsenal.

It means Rosicky is now officially considered to be one of the greats at the club.

He left Arsenal at the end of the 2015/16 season to return to Sparta Prague, where it all began for him.

Unfortunately, his numerous injuries caught up to him, and he was unable to continue playing professional football.

He retired from the game earlier this season.

He’s now exploring a career in coaching, so perhaps he could return to the club in some capacity in the future.
