Arsenal are without Olivier Giroud and Danny Welbeck for the second leg of their League Cup semi-final clash with Chelsea.
On Tuesday morning, Arsene Wenger revealed that Giroud (hamstring) and Welbeck will be ‘short’ for the Cup clash against Chelsea at the Emirates mid-week.
Wenger: "We might have Ramsey back in the squad. He as a test today. We have uncertainty about Nacho Monreal. Giroud and Welbeck are a fraction short."

Giroud has been out since December 19 and wasn’t expected to return until the end of January anyway. Plus he’s being linked with a loan move to Dortmund in return for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Meanwhile, Ramsey will apparently face a late fitness test ahead of the match and Nacho Monreal, who only returned from an ankle injury against Crystal Palace at the weekend, is also a doubt.
It will a shame if the Spaniard is sidelined for another long spell – he was nothing short of amazing on Saturday.
The 31-year-old not only scored a goal but he provided two assists as well before having to be taken off after just 34 minutes.
Meanwhile, having Ramsey fully fit again would be a boost. Not having him in the starting line-up is always a big blow as it has a massive impact on the way we play.
A League Cup game might be a good opportunity to introduce him to regular football again.
