Former Arsenal forward Rianna Dean has received a call-up for England Women’s u20 team.
Dean, who signed for Millwall in July in search of more playing time, has already represented her country at an u19 level and has now been promoted to the u20 side.

The 19-year-old centre-forward is yet to score in six appearances for the Lionesses this term but I’m sure she’s just happy to be getting recognition from her national side. The goals will certainly come given her track record.
Looking forward to meeting up with the England Girls tomorrow at St Georges Park ⚽️❤️ pic.twitter.com/tB5sSrOoYu

Fans and teammates were full of praise for the striker, who scored 52 goals in 34 games for Arsenal’s Development side when she was in north London. It’s great to see former Gunners excelling at their new clubs when they struggled for game time elsewhere.
Dean’s teammate, Charlie Devlin, who was first sent out on loan to Millwall from Arsenal before making the move permanent, has also been given a call-up.
The Millwall Lionesses are currently second in the FA WSL 2 table and only one point behind the Doncaster Belles. They next face Durham Women FC on January 28, who sit just below them.
Good luck and congrats to Dean and Devlin.
