Arsenal could move for Paris St. Germain’s Lucas Moura should he fail to complete a move to Tottenham according to a report in France.

Moura could soon be on his way out of PSG after struggling to get back into their first team.

He was mentioned earlier this season as a potential Sanchez replacement, but now seems to be close to a move to Tottenham.

According to reports in Brazil, the two clubs are in advanced negotiations about a loan move.

Apparently, he’s already been to London to visit the training ground, and a move should be announced soon.

While that is going on, Le 10 Sport have brought up Arsenal’s interest again.

They report that should the Brazilian’s move to Spurs fall through, Arsenal will be prepared to ‘jump in’ and do a deal themselves.

It would be surprising if we were still interested, though.

We’ve just brought in Henrikh Mkhitaryan to replace Sanchez, and seem to have little interest in Moura.

The 25-year-old has played just 71 minutes in Ligue 1 this season. He’s as out of favour as they come.

In which case, you’d think he be a straightforward signing for someone; a lot more straightforward than the effort it took to get Mkhitaryan.
