Fenerbahce could attempt to sign Olivier Giroud due to doubts over Vincent Janssen’s form, according to reports.

Giroud has been linked with several clubs due to his lack of starts in the Arsenal team.

According to Spor X, Fenerbache are the latest side to show an interest.

They report that on-loan Tottenham striker Vincent Janssen may not keep his place in the Fenerbahce team due to his poor form this season.

As a result, they want Giroud, who could ask to leave Arsenal so that he can get more first team football ahead of the World Cup.

Everton were keen on the Frenchman before, but have turned their attention to Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun instead.

Besiktas themselves were also reportedly interested.

Giroud has started just one game in the Premier League this season, but has made 14 appearances off the bench.

He’s Wenger’s first sub in most games, and not someone he wants to let go.

The 31-year-old is currently out with a hamstring injury he picked up in the Carabao Cup quarter-final against West Ham.

He’s due to return in mid-January, so the injury shouldn’t impact a move away from the club, should it come to that.
