Arsenal, still fourth, are only one place ahead of Crystal Palace in the Injury League, while Watford remain top by some distance.

The Gunners are without four players ahead of Thursday’s meeting with Palace, although Shkodran Mustafi has returned after picking up a muscular injury against Manchester United.

Santi Cazorla (ankle) is still out of action, Aaron Ramsey suffered a hamstring problem against Southampton, as did Olivier Giroud – the latest on the treatment table. Nacho Monreal joins the trio, with an ankle injury.

Crystal Palace will be without Connor Wickham (knee), Joel Ward (groin), Mamadou Sakho (calf) and Damian Delaney (surgery).
