The draw for the WCL Round of 16 was made in Nyon and there are not many high-profile ties. It means the quarter finals next Spring could be interesting with all the big teams involved.

Chelsea Ladies will have an interesting tie against Swedish team Rosengard and will welcome former player Anita Asante. Born in London, the 32-year-old has played for both Arsenal and Chelsea in her career but has spent the last four years with Rosengard.

Manchester City Women have a slightly easier tie against Norwegian team LSK Kvinner. Last year’s semi-finalists are expected to go through, while Chelsea would make history by reaching the quarter finals, having previously been eliminated in Round 1 and 2.
