Eddie Nketiah bagged four goals for the England u19s against the Faroe Islands.

The 18-year-old continued his prolific start to the season by taking his chances against a weak side. The England u19s played the Faroe Islands in Bulgaria to kick-off their European Championships qualifying campaign and duly delivered a thrashing, reports the Daily Star.

Nketiah gave England the lead after 23 minutes and then added three more goals in the second half to complete a fine win and performance. His third goal came from the penalty spot, while his fourth was added in stoppage time when England were already 5-0 up.

Nketiah now has seven goals in three games for the England u19s. Teammates Joe Willock and Reiss Nelson also featured in the game, reports Arsenal Youth. Willock played 70 minutes, while Nelson had a good game himself and was unlucky not to get on the scoresheet.

The three players are having good seasons, as they’ve each appeared for the Arsenal first team in the Europa League and the Carabao Cup. Nketiah has arguably made the biggest impact, as he came on to score twice on his home debut against Norwich.

His cameo has already made him a firm favourite with the Arsenal crowd, who feel he should be given more first-team chances.
