Kevin Campbell says Lacazette has to start for Arsenal in the North London derby.

Few clubs would start a big, important match against their rivals without their top scorer in the team. Unfortunately, Arsenal are one of those few.

Arsene Wenger thought it would be a good idea to leave Alexandre Lacazette out of his starting eleven for the trips to Liverpool and Manchester City.

Based on that, there’s a real chance Lacazette might not start against Tottenham after the international break. Former Arsenal striker Kevin Campbell is desperately hoping that won’t be the case.

Lacazette is the top scorer at the club this season, with six goals in 11 Premier League games. His most recent goal came off the bench against City last Sunday.

Arsenal go into the game 12 points behind Premier League leaders Manchester City in the table, and four behind Tottenham in third.

Having already lost big games to Liverpool and City this season, Arsenal could really do with a big derby win. The last time Arsenal beat Spurs in the Premier League was back in 2014, when Tomas Rosicky scored the winner at White Hart Lane.

Since then, Arsenal have drawn four and lost twice. The last time Arsenal beat Spurs at the Emirates Stadium in the Premier League was a 5-2 win during the 2012/13 season.
