Arsenal fans are pretty chuffed with the recent rumours claiming that the Gunners could be signing Nabil Fekir and Thomas Lemar in order to replace Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

The Gunners are reportedly close to finalising a £60m move for Lyon playmaker Fekir and Arsenal fans are pretty excited.

The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals in 15 appearances for the Ligue 1 side this season and although he still has until June 2020 left on his contract, he’s allegedly being eyed up to replace Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.

Although, considering his position, it’s probably more likely that he would step in for just the Germany international, which means that Arsenal could still be on the look-out for a quality forward… or will they?

Although Arsenal haven’t been heavily linked with Monaco winger, Thomas Lemar, since the end of the transfer window, we have Arsene Wenger’s word that a move was made in August and the Gunners intend to return for the 21-year-old. However, the boss insists this won’t be happening in January.

Fekir played with Alexandre Lacazette at Lyon while Lemar is part of the French national team and Gooners are getting themselves all excited at the prospect of having the trio as Arsenal’s first choice attack next season.

In fact, many don’t seem to care that we could lose Ozil and Alexis if it means we get Fekir and Lemar in the summer.
