Arsenal fans are loving the look of Justin Kluivert, Dutch legend Patrick Kluivert’s son.

Justin netted a superb hattrick for Ajax during their 5-1 Eredivisie victory over Roda JC Kerkrade on Monday night. In fact, the 18-year-old’s display has set Gooner tongues a-wagging.

The winger has been at Ajax since 2007 and, like his father, was brought through the ranks to the first team. This season, the Dutch u21 international has appeared in nine league games for the Eredivisie side, scoring his hattrick against Roda and assisting two goals earlier in the campaign.

Patrick Kluivert was at Ajax from 1984 – 1997 before moving on Milan and then Barcelona, where he became a legend, netting 90 goals in 182 appearances. The striker also netted 40 in 79 caps for the Netherlands.

If Justin is destined to follow in his father’s footsteps, perhaps he’ll be looking to leave his childhood club soon. The teenager has until June 2019 on his current contract and if Ajax don’t tie him down to another deal soon, you can imagine that other big European clubs will coming sniffing around.

Arsenal fans certainly think the lad is destined for big things and they’re hoping that includes signing for their club since his performance against Roda was reminiscent of a young Thierry Henry. Of course, there are some that acknowledge that he’s still too young to judge properly.
