Arsene Wenger has hailed Sead Kolasinac after the Bosnian drew Arsenal level against Swansea on Saturday afternoon.

Just as Arsenal looked like they were going to Arsenal up another afternoon, the Bosnian Hulk stepped up to slam home an equaliser that both deflated the Swans and lifted the Emirates stadium.

Speaking to the media after the game, Arsene Wenger said of the wing-back, “Kolasinac was decisive today. We had a bit more space on the left and we wanted to take advantage of that in the second half.

“It’s just down to quality. Since he has arrived he’s convinced everybody that he’s a good signing.

“He has natural qualities which suit him as a wing back. He has absolute body power in his game which you need in the Premier League.”

His goal means that Sead is Arsenal’s second highest league goalscorer of the season so far with three. He also managed to achieve a perfect Arsenal hattrick as in addition to his goal he grabbed an assist and picked up an injury.

With a pass accuracy of 91.4% and 100% of his aerial duels won, it’s very good news to learn that his injury is described as ‘minor’ and Arsene Wenger is hopeful that he will be fit to face Manchester City next weekend.
