Aaron Ramsey is hoping to see more goals from Mesut Ozil, Alexis Sanchez and Alexandre Lacazette.

It took nine games, but the finally trio started together for the first time on Sunday.

They gave a tantalising glimpse of what could come, combining on several occasions to create chances.

Each of them found the back of the net, while Alexis and Ozil also claimed assists in the 5-2 drubbing of a poor Everton team.

Ramsey, who had a good game himself, hopes to see more of the same from Arsenal’s star attackers.

“I think that with all the players we have in this squad we’re more than capable of producing performances,” Ramsey told Arsenal.com.

“With these guys they score goals, they create goals as well, so it was nice to have them back in the team and hopefully they can continue creating and scoring goals.”

During the summer, every fan looked forward to the prospect of seeing Ozil, Alexis and Lacazette link-up on the pitch.

However, for one reason or another, it took until Sunday for that to happen.

Alexis missed the opening games of the Premier League due to illness and injury, and then had to play cup matches to gain match fitness.

Ozil and Lacazette started together in most Premier League games, but Ozil’s knee injury in September ruled him out of the games against Chelsea, Brighton and Watford.

Sunday was the first time that all three of them were fit and ready to play. As such, they all started.

They’re expected to be rested for the Carabao Cup game against Norwich on Tuesday, before returning to first team action against Swansea on Saturday.
