Arsenal and Germany playmaker Mesut Ozil impressed once again, scoring and assisting a goal as his side enjoyed a 6-0 win over Norway.

After coming on and scoring against Malta last week, Danny Welbeck couldn’t repeat the trick on this occasion as he came on to help England see out the final six minutes of their 2-1 win over Slovakia.

Mesut Özil meanwhile was on fire for Germany against Norway, scoring the opener and assisting the second goal to add to his assist in the previous game. Germany went on to run riot, scoring six as the 28-year-old played the full 90 minutes.

Özil looked in great form all game, earning positive reviews from fans on Twitter. Many Arsenal supporters will be hoping he can pick up where he left off when he returns to action for the Gunners.

Alex Iwobi would have surely featured for Nigeria in their World Cup qualifier with Cameroon but the Arsenal midfielder is currently sidelined with an injury.
